The model models were selected to be built as pilot projects; he accompanied, guided, and provided technical guidance to the people so that they could feel secure in production. He advised the Party Cell to deploy wet rice cultivation, dig ponds for fish farming, and raise livestock in a concentrated manner, and to effectively implement the policies of the Party and the State, to gradually improve their lives.

Secretary of Lien Huong village Party Cell, Mr. Vi Dinh Thuyet said: "Previously, Lien Huong village Party Cell was still weak.
