Bung villagers receive eye examination and treatment
(Baonghean.vn) -On June 16 and 17, doctors and nurses from the Provincial Eye Institute in collaboration with the Central Eye Institute and the military medical staff of Mon Son Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) organized a working group to go to Bung village (Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district) to examine and treat eye diseases for free for the people.
Bung village has 91 households/463 people of the Dan Lai ethnic minority living in the core zone of Pu Mat National Park. The delegation examined, treated, and advised on eye disease prevention for 93 people. At the same time, eye drops, eye hygiene, and related medicines were provided free of charge to all households in the village.
