Discovering a 93-year-old woman trapped in a burning house, many people used hammers to break the wall and get in to bring the victim out, who had minor burns.
At about 12:15 on August 27, house number 429 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 14, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City suddenly caught fire with black smoke.

Discovering the incident, people shouted and tried to put out the fire. Hearing that there were people trapped inside, many people used hammers to break the wall, get in and pour water on the fire to put out the victims.
The victim was a 93-year-old woman named Bay. She was taken by locals to the nearby Hong Duc Hospital for first aid.
Go Vap District Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department mobilized 5 water trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to carry out fire fighting. About 1 hour later, the fire was basically under control but there was still smoke inside.

It is known that Mr. Bay's house is divided into 2 compartments, 1 compartment is rented out for plaster ceiling processing. At the time of the fire, only Mr. Bay was home.
The cause and damage are being investigated and clarified.
