In Nam Dan district, Nam Xuan Commune Farmers' Association in collaboration with the Commune Women's Union mobilized cadres, farmer members and all people in the whole commune to support materially and spiritually the people in the quarantine area of ​​Military School of Military Region 4. After 1 day of mobilization, 21,490,000 VND, 1.3 tons of rice, 2.4 tons of vegetables and fruits, 535 chicken eggs... and some other necessities were donated.

Northwest Women Entrepreneurs Association - Quy Hop branchalso supported this quarantine area with 500kg of rice, 30 boxes of instant noodles, 13 boxes of mineral water, 10 boxes of fresh milk and 5kg of dried shrimp with a total value of nearly 14.5 million VND. These past days,in Thanh Chuong districtA centralized quarantine area has been set up in Dai Dong commune and many quarantine checkpoints along the Vietnam-Laos border communes.

The Dai Dong commune quarantine area has received and quarantined 126 people to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic. The facilities and quarantine implementation here are in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health. The lives of people in the quarantine area are relatively good; everyone lives normally and is in stable health.

Along the border, border posts in Ngoc Lam, Phuc Son... have coordinated with border communes to set up quarantine checkpoints in Thanh Son, Ngoc Lam, Hanh Lam, Thanh Duc... to strictly control the number of people entering and exiting border communes, especially those returning from Laos, to control and prevent the Covid-19 epidemic.

Depending on the conditions of each family and group, people contributed green squash, pickled cucumbers, rice, cash, etc. After a day of launching, on the afternoon of March 31, the town's Youth Union and Thanh Chuong Volunteer Club collected a certain amount of materials and transferred them to Thanh Chuong District Military Command: 102 jars of pickled cucumbers, 160kg of squash, 123kg of rice, 10kg of fruit and other items.

At border quarantine checkpoints, local people also actively joined hands to donate materials to support the joint military and civilian forces on duty there.

At the Thanh Son commune quarantine checkpoint on March 31, more than 20 groups and individuals came to support through the Thanh Son commune Youth Union, the most touching of which was Mr. Nguyen Trong Son, residing in Hamlet 5, Hanh Lam commune. He is disabled, lost a leg due to a work accident and has to use crutches and limp, but he still came to the Thanh Son quarantine checkpoint to give gifts of support.

At the same time, another noble gesture in Thanh Xuan commune was Mr. Nguyen Canh Hoan, a farmer in Xuan Lan hamlet, who went to the Thanh Xuan Commune People's Committee office to join hands to support the Thanh Xuan commune Covid-19 pandemic prevention fund with the amount of 5,000,000 VND.

In addition, the Association also established 3 volunteer teams at quarantine points, coordinated logistics preparations for people in centralized quarantine, established 23 propaganda teams to distribute leaflets in the community, with more than 17,000 leaflets, 6,000 masks, 300 antibacterial soap bars distributed free of charge to people in the area.

For more than 2 months, the whole country has been struggling to fight the epidemic. Although it has not caused any human loss, Covid-19 has greatly affected socio-economic development and disrupted people's lives. In this difficult time, it is the awareness and responsibility of citizens that is promoted, the "love of the Fatherland" and "love of compatriots" that is multiplied and spread, which will be the strength to unite and push back the pandemic.
