On March 25, in village 1, Dak La commune, Dak Ha district, Kon Tum province, a serious case occurred that caused a man to have his left arm severed and fall to the ground.

Doctors are reattaching Mr. Suu's arm.

The victim was Nguyen Vinh Suu (43 years old), residing in Kon Dao commune, Dak To district, Kon Tum province. The initial cause was determined to be a conflict between Suu and a young man named Be (unknown background and address), Be used a knife to slash Suu.

When Mr. Suu reached out to block, the suspect slashed his hand, causing his left arm to be severed and fall to the ground. Immediately after that, Be quickly fled the scene.

After the incident, local people promptly took Mr. Suu and his severed arm to Kon Tum General Hospital for emergency treatment. Doctor Pham Thanh Viet and the team from the Trauma Surgery Department of Kon Tum General Hospital proceeded to reattach Mr. Suu's arm.
