Man in Nghe An fined for using electric shock to catch fish
(Baonghean.vn) - During the period of social isolation, Pham Cong M. used electric shock to catch fish and did not wear a mask.
At 3:30 p.m. on April 21, during an inspection, the Dien Chau District Police working group and the Dien Lam Commune Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee discovered Pham Cong M. (born in 1972, residing in Hamlet 9, Dien Lam Commune) holding a homemade electric shocker to catch fish.
At the time of discovery, Pham Cong M. was not wearing a mask, violating Prime Minister's Directive 16.

Major Nguyen Huu Thinh - Dien Chau Police, said: The working group has completed the documents and advised the Chairman of Dien Lam Commune People's Committee to issue a decision to punish Pham Cong M for not wearing a mask and destroying the environment.
