That day, when standing and looking at her new workplace, with a 2-storey house with 10 classrooms, surrounded by water, echoing the sounds of children crying because of thirst for milk, hunger for flour, fighting for toys..., she thought to herself: If the organization has entrusted and I have accepted the job, I must do it thoroughly. I must strive to change from the small things.
