The person who builds the standard school
(Baonghean) - Teacher Tran Thi Hao, Party cell secretary, Principal of Vinh Thanh Primary School (Yen Thanh) is a creative teacher with many achievements in her career of educating people, is one of the typical examples of the district's Education and Training sector, loved by colleagues and generations of students.
Graduated from Nghe An Secondary School in 1984, teacher Tran Thi Hao was assigned to Quang Thanh Secondary School in the mountainous commune. At that time, this school was still made of bamboo and thatch, the students were all children of poor farmers, and the dropout rate was very high. The young teacher and her colleagues had to climb hills to persuade parents to let their children go to school... In a difficult land, teacher Hao always strived to become a good teacher, with many innovative experiences in teaching and learning methods...
In 1987, Ms. Hao was admitted to the Party and was trusted to hold the position of vice principal. In her new position, she further asserted herself as a dynamic and creative educational manager... Although she was busy with school work and taking care of her family, she still strived to study and graduate from university... After that, the district Department of Education and Training transferred her to Vinh Thanh Primary School, a school built in 1961, so it was seriously degraded, classrooms and teaching equipment were still poor and lacking. But just a few years after she started working, Vinh Thanh Primary School had many changes, the system of facilities was spacious, the quality of education had many clear changes, becoming the leading flag of the Education and Training sector of Yen Thanh district. Ms. Hao was highly appreciated by many parents for her enthusiasm, respected by colleagues for her capacity and qualities, and loved by students. Here, she continued to be appointed as Party cell secretary, school principal...
In 2002, the Department of Education and Training continued to assign Ms. Tran Thi Hao to a new assignment as Principal of Vien Thanh Primary School. After several years in office, she also built a new position for the school; the number of excellent students and teachers in the district and province increased every year; the facilities were spacious: in 2007, it reached national standards level 1 and in 2009, it reached national standards level 2.

With the requirement of the project to build Vinh Thanh Primary School into a national standard school level 2 and worthy of being a red address, where Uncle Ho visited in 1961, a dynamic and creative principal was needed, so the superiors assigned Ms. Hao to return to this school. Returning to her old school, she had many solutions to improve the quality of education of the school, advising the Party Committee and local authorities to invest in building increasingly spacious, clean and beautiful school facilities, meeting the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training. In recent years, Vinh Thanh Primary School has had the highest rate of excellent students and excellent teachers in the district. For many consecutive years, the school has been recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as "Excellent Labor Collective"; awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training; awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister; Vietnam General Confederation of Labor...

Entering the 2015-2016 school year, Vinh Thanh Primary School strives to achieve national standard level 2. When asked about the secret to building a national standard school, Ms. Hao shared: “I don’t have any secret. The most important thing for a manager is to devote all their heart to the students, all for the students, create good facilities and a good educational environment for them, thus creating consensus among teachers and parents, cadres and people of the commune to promote comprehensive education development... We continue to strive to build Vinh Thanh Primary School into a typical school of the province to be worthy of being the place where Uncle Ho visited.”
With her positive contributions, for many years, teacher Tran Thi Hao has achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at all levels, and has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training; Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; and the Prime Minister. As for her colleagues and generations of students, Ms. Hao is truly a soldier on the educational front, contributing to the overall development of education in Yen Thanh rice district.
