From raising 10 pairs of experimental frogs to gain experience, he then dug 2 ponds for raising frog breeds and nearly 500 quintals of frog meat.

However, the frog farming method was still ineffective. With his experience and diligence, he continued to research and find ways to take advantage of the vacant land under the rows of areca trees, then the canopy of mango trees, lychee trees... to sew tarpaulins to spread into rows to incubate frog breeds and raise commercial frogs. Mr. Dao said: "Raising frogs on tarpaulin ponds is more effective than cement ponds, because the pond is very simple and any household can raise them, and it is convenient to change the water every day. The most important thing is that the frogs limit the friction between the frog's body and the pond floor, so the reproduction rate is guaranteed and the frogs grow faster." In particular, the frog breeds are selected and bred between male field frogs and female Thai frogs, so the loss of breeds is very small, and they can withstand all environments and weather conditions. Currently, each year, in the rows of tarpaulin ponds, he raises over 2 tons of meat frogs, incubates over 40,000 frog breeds to supply the market, with a net income from frog farming of over 120 million VND/year.

With practical experience, he has enthusiastically guided and provided breeding animals to 50 members of the War Veterans Association in the commune, and people in and outside the district to replicate the model. In addition to being good at economics, War Veteran Le Anh Dao is also an exemplary leader in all movements of the association and the locality, actively contributing to building the War Veterans Association in Hamlet 3 to achieve the title of strong and excellent for many years.
