Previously, shipping lines Vinalines, Marina, Cosco... had opened shipping branches in Nghe An. The same was true for the Viet Nhat shipping company, but they suffered heavy losses. Currently, Nhat Viet transports 100% of its goods by sea by container, and other goods by road depend on customer requirements.
Listening to customers, putting yourself in the customer's shoes, worrying about each shipment from departure to destination, from one port to another, from one country to another, each different type of goods must have different ways of preservation and transportation, Nguyen Quoc Khanh said that there is almost no concept of working by the hour of the day, always needing to check each stage to see if the goods are safe, secure, lost or broken. With incidents such as broken goods, affected by the weather, customers' reactions..., Khanh always listens, learns from experience and finds solutions to manage risks. Following his example, his colleagues also constantly learn and master the fields of freight forwarding according to international conventions such as: FOB, CIF, CNF, transport documents, foreign trade... to ensure increasingly perfect service.

Born in 1978, Nguyen Quoc Khanh is just over 30 years old, but he has a new mindset in business. In 2010, the company was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial People's Committee, in 2011, he was one of the faces awarded a certificate of merit by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.
