Nguyen Huy Hoang leads U13 SLNA to host the Final Round in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) – After a period of taking care of the first batch of SLNA U10 players, former steel center backs Huy Hoang and Phan Nhu Thuat have been assigned more difficult tasks.

The U15 SLNA team led by coach Ngo Quang Truong and the U17 SLNA team led by coach Pham Bui Minh are the two hopes of Nghe An youth football this year. While the U15 SLNA team has successfully won a ticket to the final round taking place in Tay Ninh in August, the U17 SLNA team is struggling in the qualifying round taking place at Vinh Stadium.

In addition, with the effort to improve the quality of input sources, U11 and U13 SLNA also received special investment from the Nghe An team. This year, the Children's team (11 SLNA) will be led by coach Phan Nhu Thuat.

In the National U11 qualifying round, SLNA is in the same group with the host teams Thanh Hoa, Phu Dong FC, SHB Da Nang and Thai Binh starting today from June 3 to June 8.

With the achievement of reaching the final match of the 2016 National U13 Championship, the SLNA U13 team will be exempted from the qualifying round. Instead, coach Nguyen Huy Hoang and his team will play at home. The tournament is scheduled to take place in July.

The core of SLNA U13 is currently the U11 players led by Huy Hoang and Nhu Thuat; a year ago and the U12 players led by coach Nguyen Xuan Hieu. Thus, the two brothers Xuan Hieu and Huy Hoang will compete together for the first time in a youth tournament finals.

In this youth tournament, SLNA holds the record for the number of first championships in 1997; 1998; 2003; 2013 and 2014.
