(Baonghean) - In the joyful atmosphere to celebrate the 10-year cooperation anniversary between Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An province, today (September 20), Nguyen Kim Group solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the project "Nguyen Kim Nghe An Shopping Center". This is one of the projects marking a new milestone in the cooperation between the two localities.

Licensed to build on a land area of ​​over 12,000 m2, along Lenin Avenue, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City, Nguyen Kim Shopping Center will contribute to exploiting urban land funds for shopping activities. As soon as licensed, the investor urgently designs construction and business development plans. Nguyen Kim Nghe An Shopping Center project has a scale of 5 floors, including 1 basement and 4 upper floors with a total floor area of ​​over 30,000 m2. According to the investor, this project is multifunctional, including a complex: a self-service supermarket; an electronics shopping area; famous domestic and foreign brands from fashion, cosmetics, furniture to household appliances, children's toys, sports equipment... Along with that are self-service food courts, restaurants, children's entertainment areas, advanced technology games and 3D cinemas with leading technology. The project broke ground on September 20 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2015. The total investment for this project is estimated at 550 billion VND.
