Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh visits Uncle Ho's hometown
On the occasion of the 121st anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Yesterday afternoon, May 18, Comrade Nong Duc Manh, former General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, visited Uncle Ho's hometown to offer incense and flowers at the Kim Lien Relic Site, Nam Dan.
Also attending were comrade Phan Dinh Trac, member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Tran Hong Chau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and comrades Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Nguyen Xuan Duong, Thai Van Hang, Nguyen Dinh Chi and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of Nam Dan district and provincial departments and branches.

Comrade Nong Duc Manh and the delegation offered incense and flowers at Uncle Ho's paternal and maternal hometowns in Kim Lien, the tombs of Mrs. Ha Thi Hy and Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan on Dong Tranh mountain in Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan. With a sincere heart and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, Comrade Nong Duc Manh expressed his sincere heart, deeply remembered his contributions and vowed to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example for the rest of his life, forever loyal and following the path that the Party and Uncle Ho had chosen.
Also yesterday morning, the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by comrade Phan Dinh Trac offered incense, flowers, and reported to Uncle Ho at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Kim Lien Relic Site and Uncle Ho Statue in Ho Chi Minh Square.
