We had a working trip to the localities and units where the comrades who sacrificed their lives lived and worked. Everywhere, the spirit of turning grief into action was raised, efforts were made to train, practice, and produce labor to be worthy of their heroic sacrifice.
We are present in Nghi Thinh commune, Nghi Loc district, the hometown ofMartyr Nguyen Tien Dungheroically sacrificed in the Rao Trang mountains. These days, Nghi Thinh village is covered with an atmosphere of mourning, not only neighbors but also many cadres, soldiers of units and people came to offer condolences to the family. In the conversation with us, everyone wholeheartedly admired the spirit, will and achievements of the excellent son of the homeland.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Quan, Political Commissar of Nghi Loc District Military Command, told me that in the past few days, when hearing about Comrade Dung and his comrades in the Military Region 4 working delegation having an accident, each officer and soldier always tried their best to complete all tasks well, each person tried to work twice as hard. Accordingly, the unit's officers and soldiers all completed the assigned tasks, exceeding the set targets. In particular, in the preparation work to welcome Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Dung back to rest in his hometown, the officers and soldiers always worked voluntarily with the highest spirit.

With officers and soldiers80th Signal Brigade, there is no pain greater than the pain of losing three exemplary officers at once, always devoted to their duties and comrades. Going to the units of the 80th Information Brigade, everywhere is covered with a gloomy atmosphere of mourning, in every officer and soldier. But hidden deep inside is the spirit, determination and will to rise up to do the work of the comrades who heroically sacrificed for the country and the people. Battalion 2, the unit of martyr Major Nguyen Canh Cuong and Captain Dinh Van Trung, although it was a day off, the officers and soldiers still organized training sessions, focusing on situations to ensure communication in stormy weather. Observing the officers and soldiers of Company 6 training, we noticed that there was very little voice from the soldiers, but in each action and operation of each individual, they were very urgent, agile and precise.
With the Vinh City Party Committee delegation, we visited the family of martyr Major Nguyen Canh Cuong, Captain of Company 6, Battalion 2, Information Brigade 80 in Hamlet 18, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City. These days, in the small house, many departments, branches, organizations, comrades and relatives came to express their condolences and help the family prepare everything to welcome his body home.

When they were not far from the scene, rocks and soil from the mountainside collapsed, killing 13 officers in the group while resting in Sub-region 67, including 4 outstanding sons of Nghe An.
