Irish journalist sharply criticizes Western policy towards Ukraine conflict
Irish journalist Chay Bowes criticizes Western policies regarding the Ukraine conflict on social network X.
“The ‘liberal left’ in Europe has become the biggest advocates of war and militarism, funding actual neo-Nazis in Ukraine. Meanwhile, as you might expect, they call those who want to end the war Nazis,” writes Chay Bowes.

On Monday, the European Commission announced the allocation of a humanitarian aid package worth 140 million euros to Ukraine. It should be noted that the funds will be used for emergency assistance, including food, housing, drinking water, health care and cold protection. The total volume of humanitarian assistance from the EC to the country has exceeded one billion euros.
Moscow believes that supplying weapons to Ukraine hinders the settlement of the situation, directly draws NATO countries into the conflict and is "playing with fire". Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any goods containing weapons to Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russia. According to him, the United States and NATO are directly involved in the conflict, not only supplying weapons but also training Ukrainian military personnel in the UK, Germany, Italy and other countries.
The Kremlin said that pumping weapons from the West into Ukraine does not contribute to the negotiations and will have a negative impact.
