Aloe vera has the effect of preventing some causes of cancer, cooling the liver, detoxifying, supporting digestion. In addition, this plant also helps increase resistance and makes the skin smooth, beautiful, healthy and brighter.
According to traditional medicine, basil seeds are cooling, have the effect of clearing heat, benefiting the throat, cooling, and relieving constipation. They are often used to treat dry coughs, sore throats, vomiting blood, nosebleeds, urinary tract infections, toothaches, red eyes, and boils. Basil seeds can be taken many times a day, and are non-toxic when used regularly. They can be used as a refreshing drink to treat heat-related illnesses in the summer.

Ingredient:
- 2 kg aloe vera (choose large, thick and fresh plants).
- 700 g rock sugar.
- 20 g basil seeds.
- 2 liters of filtered water.
Perform:
- Wash aloe vera, peel off the skin (be careful to peel off the skin to avoid bitterness) and then dice. Soak aloe vera in a little salt for about 10-15 minutes, then rinse several times with water until the slime is gone, drain.
- Boil water and add rock sugar, remove only the rock sugar. Melt the sugar then add basil seeds. Wait for the water to boil and the basil seeds to expand, add chopped aloe vera, stir well until the water boils again then turn off the stove. Note: do not cook for too long because the aloe vera will become mushy and not delicious.
- Let aloe vera water cool and put in the refrigerator for use within a few days.
