Wood processing factory caught fire at night

(Baonghean.vn)- On the night of December 28, a major fire broke out at the Naconex Wood Processing Export Factory in Dong Vinh Small Industrial Park, Vinh City.

The fire broke out at 9:15 p.m. The fire started from the wood drying kiln of Naconex Company and then flared up fiercely, engulfing part of the factory. Because the source of the fire was wood, the fire spread very quickly, while the wood storage area and the kiln were located deep inside the Dong Vinh small industrial park, making it very difficult to approach the fire to control the fire.

The fire broke out at night, the source of fire was wood so it was difficult to control the fire.

Upon receiving the fire alarm, the Nghe An Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department mobilized 6 fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to extinguish the fire. However, the fire broke out at night, the terrain where the fire occurred was quite narrow, the fire broke out fiercely, so the fire fighting work encountered many difficulties.

The fire was brought under control at midnight on December 29. Authorities are currently investigating the cause and assessing the damage.
