Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory produces the first commercial corrugated iron rolls

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 6, at Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Quynh Lap Commune, Hoang Mai Town, Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Co., Ltd. officially put into operation the NOF technology galvanizing line with a designed capacity of 400,000 tons/year and successfully produced the first commercial steel coil.

Attending the event were comrades of the Party Central Committee: Ho Duc Phoc - State Auditor General; Nguyen Dac Vinh - Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and comrade Nguyen The Trung - former member of the Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.

Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory in Dong Hoi Industrial Park started construction on June 19, 2015 on an area of ​​45 hectares. After nearly 1 year of efforts to speed up construction progress, the factory has completed phase 1 with a total cost of construction and equipment installation of about 1,000 billion VND.

It is expected that this June, the factory will continue to put into operation the remaining 02 lines of phase 01 including: 01 color plating line with a capacity of 120,000 tons/year and 01 strip slitting line with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee spoke highly of the event.

Along with putting into operation the NOF technology plating line, Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory started to carry out phase 02 with the construction of the factory and the installation of the lines including: 01 cold rolling line with a capacity of 400,000 tons/year; 01 rust removal line with a capacity of 800,000 tons/year; 01 edge cutting line with a capacity of 400,000 tons/year; 02 shaft grinding machines with a capacity of 12 rolling shafts/day.

It is expected that by early 2017, a rust removal line with a capacity of 800,000 tons/year will be put into operation and by May 2017, all remaining items of phase 2 will be completed and put into operation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh emphasized: The event of Hoa Sen Nghe An factory in Dong Hoi Industrial Park coming into operation, producing the first commercial steel coils has marked a new development step of Hoa Sen Group and the determination of Nghe An province in attracting investment, creating conditions for large projects to come into operation.

Hopefully in the coming time, the factory will operate effectively, create many jobs, income for workers, and contribute to the provincial budget. Nghe An province will continue to accompany the development of the Group.
