Ong Bien Fertilizer Factory aims for clean agricultural products
(Baonghean)- Ong Bien organic fertilizer, which is highly trusted by farmers in the Central Highlands and the South, has arrived in Nghe An and is considered by people in the Quy district as a new choice for developing clean agricultural products.
Using high quality organic ingredients
Ong Bien fertilizer factory is dozens of hectares wide in Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province with a very unique slogan: "Vietnamese hands, Vietnamese technology".
Leading us on a tour, Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam - General Director of Dai Nam Company said: The fertilizer production area is 24 hectares wide with a production technology process using an automatic mechatronic system, all stages from mixing raw materials to finished products are "button pressing" so the number of direct workers is only 10 workers for packaging and sewing.
It is worth mentioning that this is a factory that Mr. Nam has independently researched for 30 years, so the fertilizer products have many different features. From 2011 to now, the Company has invested over 200 billion VND in this automatic production line, all the machines are researched, processed and assembled domestically and I myself designed the plan.
Every year, we welcome tens of thousands of farmers and a number of domestic and foreign scientists and professors. Many fertilizer manufacturers and agricultural experts from Israel, Canada, etc., after visiting, highly appreciated and proposed to become partners.

OBI - Ong Bien fertilizer uses high-quality, nutrient-rich organic materials from by-products of seafood processing factories, biomass sludge from various types of liquid domestic waste, livestock and poultry waste, combined with sludge residue, molasses... All are collected and transported to Dai Nam Company's Waste Treatment Plant for treatment before being used as raw materials to produce OBI - Ong Bien fertilizer.
This factory has met the standards of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment with a processing capacity of over 900,000m3/year using hydrolysis technology with the participation of a group of beneficial microorganisms to ensure maximum organic decomposition, limiting pests and weeds.

In particular, the factory is solidly built 9m underground, the waste source after being treated for 1-4 years will be transported to Ong Bien Fertilizer Factory to be used as raw materials for production. This raw material source is further treated to eliminate secondary pollution such as heavy metal contamination or harmful microorganisms.
Clean agricultural products
In early October, at Muong Thanh - Dien Lam Eco-tourism Area (Dien Chau - Nghe An), Dai Nam Trading - Production Company Limited, the management unit of Ong Bien Fertilizer Factory (Tan Thanh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau) organized a workshop on clean agricultural product production to popularize sustainable organic farming techniques according to the Ong Bien fertilizer farming process.
The issue of clean agricultural production is currently a topic of great interest, attracting 1,000 orange and coffee farmers and representatives of local authorities in the western districts of Nghe An: Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Tan Ky, and Thai Hoa town.
At the workshop, Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam - General Director of the Company personally presented the sustainable organic farming method of Ong Bien Fertilizer Factory.

Accordingly, the sustainable organic farming path of Ong Bien fertilizer is to recommend that farmers, if they have grown coffee, pepper, oranges, sugarcane... using Ong Bien fertilizer, should not use inorganic fertilizers, chemicals, or other pesticides in order to produce absolutely organic products with high commercial value.

The simple farming method is just to fertilize with OBI - Ong Bien fertilizer and water. According to Mr. Nam, the sustainable organic farming path of Ong Bien fertilizer will end all worries for farmers for two reasons. Firstly, the crops will not only increase productivity but also the quality of the products will be of high quality. In particular, the farming process will not have a negative impact on the environment and people's health, ensuring food safety for users. Secondly, the sustainable organic farming path will increase the life span of long-term industrial crops.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam affirmed: When using Ong Bien fertilizer, the factory's technical staff will accompany farmers to calculate the cost of fertilizer investment to achieve the highest efficiency. In particular, focusing on answering all questions about fertilization, plant care and how to distinguish fake fertilizers. In particular, Dai Nam Company will advise and provide useful information on the purchase price and selling price of clean organic agricultural products at each time so that growers can decide to sell appropriately.
