The self-proclaimed Islamic State claims to have beheaded a second American journalist.
According to the SITE monitoring organization, the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS) group on September 2 released a video showing a masked militant beheading a second American journalist and threatening to kill a British hostage.
SITE said the video showed 31-year-old freelance journalist Steven Sotloff wearing an orange jumpsuit and kneeling in the desert. The militant criticized US strikes on IS and slit Sotloff's throat.

He then mentioned the second hostage, identified by name and believed to be British.
The gunman declared: "I am back, (US President Barack) Obama, and I am back because of your arrogant foreign policy towards IS."./.
