After his death, his descendants buried him in Ru Cach No (now Dien Loi commune, Dien Chau district). In memory of his contributions, the villagers honored him as the village's tutelary god and built Cua Than temple to worship him.
Through the ups and downs of history, the Vo family temple has been restored, embellished, and upgraded many times. In particular, the house still preserves many ancient and precious artifacts, both historical and cultural, such as the throne, incense table, etc.
In 2016, the Vo family temple was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a provincial historical relic/..
