Having devoted nearly her entire life to music, artist Thanh Hoa and her husband currently own a 1080 m2 garden house.2 in Thach That, Hanoi. To have a peaceful and leisurely space, she accepted to leave the noisy, dusty city to return to live in her current house.
This is a spacious garden house, fully equipped for modern life, where you can enjoy the fresh air every morning when filled with birds chirping and the fragrant scent of flowers. This is also a place that makes romantic souls more peaceful and poetic, for those who love the quiet and want to be close to nature and trees.
People's Artist Thanh Hoashare: "I decided to leave the city to live here. And once I got here, I could never go back. I don't know why, but every time I return to the city, I get sick and have difficulty breathing. Maybe because I'm used to the fresh air here, so I can't adapt to the noisy life in the city.".

The land was purchased for 7 billion VND and was built by People's Artist Thanh Hoa and her family from the first bricks. As a nature lover, she always wanted her house to have a spacious space to grow flowers and fruit trees. Not afraid of boredom or loneliness, she always felt that her choice was completely right when deciding to live here.
"I think that at this age, many people definitely want to have a peaceful life like this when they don't have to be busy or worry. There are times when I can rest for half a month at home, I love it! Because that's when I can truly rest, I relax from the inside, I don't have to think about anything, but if I think about work, I don't know when it will end." - the female artist shared.
