With a high sense of responsibility and accountability, the Art Council, consisting of musicians with professional qualifications and prestige in the Vietnamese music industry, worked fairly and seriously, selecting works of artistic value, with good content expressing the right focus to stage and record to introduce to a wide audience of music lovers.

Major General - Musician Duc Trinh, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Musicians Association, Principal of the Military University of Culture and Arts, Chairman of the Judging Council, commented: “In just over a month since the launch, 150 works have been submitted to the contest, which shows the active participation and response of musicians to the movement. I have rarely seen a contest receive so many works in such a short time. The Judging Council has conducted a very precise scoring by voting to select the 10 best songs. In my opinion, these 10 songs meet the propaganda and promotion needs for the meaningful purpose of this event.”
