Since the beginning of 2011, the Qatar national team has had 5 international friendly matches (all at home) with the following results: 2 wins (2-0 against China, 3-0 against Kuwait), 1 draw (1-1 against Russia) and 2 losses (0-2 against Uzbekistan and 2-3 against Japan). To prepare for the upcoming match with the Vietnam national team, the Qatar national team has planned to have a friendly match with the Indian national team on July 17.
