The Civil Aviation Authority has just issued a directive on strengthening public ethics, rectifying the working style and sense of responsibility of aviation security forces. Accordingly, aviation security forces must have a serious and responsible working attitude when performing their duties; wholeheartedly guide and explain to passengers; strictly prohibit acts of harassment and inconvenience in receiving and handling work with passengers and businesses.

According to the directive, aviation security must be quick, neat, clean, civilized and polite when communicating with passengers and colleagues; when performing duties, they must not gather to talk, do personal work, do not fall asleep, do not smoke, do not use mobile phones, and are strictly prohibited from using alcohol.

The Civil Aviation Authority also requires units to promptly reward aviation security officers and staff with a high sense of responsibility, good ethics, and outstanding achievements while performing their duties.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority, these are measures to build a professional aviation security force, in line with international standards; raise awareness, responsibility, public ethics and improve the quality of passenger service.

Recently, aviation security forces have received complaints from many passengers about uncivilized and impolite service attitudes.
