Found money, looking for someone to return it

On the afternoon of December 14, Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc, 28 years old, residing in Hamlet 12, Da Son Commune, Do Luong District, on her way home from the market, discovered a bag that had fallen on the side of the road. Ms. Ngoc opened the bag and found 4 notebooks written in Braille, and 6 million VND in cash. She took the bag and asked people around her to return it, but no one knew. She then went to the Do Luong District Police, handed over the bag and all the money, asking the police to return it to the owner.

Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc returned the bag to the Do Luong District Police to find the owner to return it.

On the morning of December 15, Do Luong District Police handed over the briefcase to the person who lost it, Mr. Nguyen Canh Giang, from the Association of the Blind in Do Luong District (Nghe An). This was the amount of money the association had just collected from benefactors, but it was lost on the way back to the office.
