At 00:20 on July 5, 2023, we received a report of a drowning victim in the area of Dieu Hoa Lake, Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City.
The Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department directed the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team on the river to mobilize forces and vehicles to quickly arrive at the scene and search for the victims.
At about 00:40 on the same day, the force found and pulled the victim to shore, organized first aid but the victim died.
The victim was identified as T.D.AT, (born 2004), residing in Huong Son district, Ha Tinh.
