Many creative ways in mass mobilization work

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of July 29, the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution 152 of the Central Military Commission on continuing to innovate and strengthen the mass mobilization work of the armed forces in the new period (2003 - 2013). Colonel Nguyen Van Tuy, Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of Nghe An Border Guard, chaired the conference.

After 10 years of implementing Resolution 152 of the Central Military Party Committee, Resolution 12/NQ-DU of the Border Guard Party Committee and Resolution 06/NQ-DU of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee, the awareness and responsibility of Party committees, commanders at all levels and cadres and party members about the position and importance of mass mobilization work have been raised; the content and form of mass mobilization work have been constantly innovated, with many creative models bringing practical results, such as: the model of cadres being promoted to Deputy Party Secretaries of border communes, cadres and party members of Border Guard stations participating in activities in border villages and remote areas, has been directed by the Border Guard High Command to be widely replicated in the Border Guard nationwide. The results of mass mobilization work have contributed to consolidating the people's hearts and the increasingly strong all-people border defense in the border areas, firmly protecting the national border sovereignty in recent times.

The conference heard many opinions sharing creative ways of doing things that bring practical results in mass mobilization work.

At the Conference, the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee awarded 4 collectives and 8 individuals who had well implemented Resolution 152 of the Central Military Party Committee over the past 10 years.
