Many programs of Nghe An youth exceed the planned targets.

On the afternoon of July 22, the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union held a conference to review the work of the Youth Union - Association and the Youth and Children's Movement in the first 6 months of the year, and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2021. With the theme of the year “Youth start-ups and careers”, in the first 6 months of the year, all levels of the Youth Union in the province have promoted the role and responsibility of the Youth Union to achieve many positive results in all aspects of work. Of which, 14/18 targets have exceeded the set targets.

Through practical programs such as introducing policies to support vocational training, job creation and labor export for young people; organizing job fairs, training activities, and improving knowledge of entrepreneurship; supporting preferential loans... have aroused and promoted the spirit of entrepreneurship, career establishment, aspiration and will to get rich among union members and young people.

Educational work was carried out with a focus, notably educating revolutionary ideals, patriotism, and national pride through peak emulation activities to achieve achievements in celebration of the success of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Youth Union, the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Team, and towards the election day of National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.

Regarding Party building work, the Youth Union has developed action programs to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, serving and organizing the election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Councils at all levels. At the same time, actively and proactively advise and plan policies for youth and youth work according to the Youth Law 2020.

120 new playgrounds were built for youth, of which 112 playgrounds were built at the district level (exceeding the set target by 243%); 5 playgrounds were built by the affiliated groups (reaching 35.7%).

Provincial level regularly supports 202 children (exceeding the target by 101%), district level 271 children (exceeding the target by 142%), and the team level supports 17,068 children (exceeding the target by 123%).

The organization recruited 21,346 new members.Introducing 3,076 outstanding memberscthe Party considers admission.

Speaking at the program, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Luong affirmed that in the first 6 months of the year, Nghe An youth have implemented many creative and effective models and methods in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. The image of Nghe An youth as proactive, voluntary, creative, always dedicated, on the front line in carrying out tasks, volunteering for community life is clearly portrayed.

In the coming time, Nghe An youth will successfully implement the 9 set goals. The focus is on preparing the contents and conditions for organizing the Youth Union Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Youth Union Congress and the 12th National Youth Union Congress.

Continue to carry out extensive political activities among union members and young people to study, learn, thoroughly grasp, propagate and organize the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; Implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo. Regularly grasp the ideological situation and orient public opinion for young people.

Continue to effectively implement the Youth Volunteer Campaign, contribute to building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, tree planting activities, participate in overcoming drought, saltwater intrusion, flood prevention; Do a good job of propaganda, prevention of Covid-19 epidemic... All for the goal of building a strong Youth Union, improving the quality of comprehensive Youth Union cadres.
