In terms of professional qualifications, long-term recruitment often focuses on workers with professional and vocational skills; seasonal jobs only require general labor qualifications. Specifically, the need to recruit personnel with vocational qualifications from elementary level and above accounts for 72%, general labor accounts for 28% of the total number of workers needed to be recruited.

In addition, Ho Chi Minh City is assessed by experts to be on a stable growth path. By the end of the third quarter of 2016, there were 23,000 newly established enterprises in the city, an increase of 16.1% in quantity and 53.7% in registered capital compared to the same period in 2015.
