(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2012), this morning, February 2, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front led by comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien - Nam Dan relic site and the memorial site of late General Secretary Le Hong Phong.
