Many activities to celebrate Vietnam's traditional photography day
On March 15, 2025, at Doi Co, Ban Bac, Diem Mac commune, Dinh Hoa district, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Thai Nguyen province organized the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam Photography tradition day.

Attending the ceremony were comrades Tran Thi Thu Dong - National Assembly Delegate, Vice President of Vietnam Literature and Arts Association - President of Vietnam National Artists Association; Ho Sy Minh - Vice President of Vietnam National Artists Association; Ma The Anh, Director of Vietnam Fine Arts and Photography Department; Dang Tran Cuong - Director of Cinema Department; Poet Nguyen Thuy Quynh - President of Thai Nguyen Literature and Arts Association; Phan Quang Sang - Vice Chairman of Dinh Hoa District People's Committee, representative of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; representative of ATK Dinh Hoa historical relic management board, leaders of Diem Mac commune, 5 families who donated land to Doi Co relic site.

72 years ago, President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree 147/SL to establish the Vietnam National Cinema and Photography Enterprise on March 15, 1953. Since then, March 15 every year has become the traditional day of Vietnamese cinema and photography.
Co Hill, Ban Bac in Diem Mac commune, Dinh Hoa district - the core area or in other words the center of the Safe Zone (ATK) of Phu Dinh commune, Dinh Hoa, during the 9-year resistance war against French colonialism was a highlight, witnessing the birth of the country's Cinema and Photography industry.

At Co Hill, the delegation of the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts had many meaningful activities.



On this occasion, the delegation also went to ATK Tin Keo Safety Zone, Phu Dinh Commune to respectfully offer incense at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh - the founder of the country's Photography and Cinema industry, on the top of De Pass, there is Uncle Ho's banyan tree.
