On the first production day of the new year, at Vinamilk Nghe An Dairy Factory, the working atmosphere was really exciting and urgent. The end of 2012 was another year of good results for Vinamilk Nghe An Dairy Factory in the production and processing of dairy products. With an output of 62 million liters, revenue of 1,458 billion VND, and tax payment to the State of 71 billion VND, Vinamilk Nghe An Dairy Factory is proud to be one of the units with high revenue and large tax payments in the province. After nearly 8 years of official operation, located on an area of 4.4 hectares in a "prime" location at the intersection of the road turning into Cua Lo Town, Vinamilk Nghe An has demonstrated its stature and scale and also contributed to creating a new industrial production highlight for the locality. Coming to Vinamilk Nghe An at any time, the most noticeable thing is the factory landscape ensuring the standards: green - clean - beautiful. The system of ornamental plants and flowers is neatly arranged, the outdoor soccer field with lush green grass creates a strange eye-catching attraction. Everything from inside the factory to the outside area is arranged according to standards and attached standards. Mr. Ngo Cong Thang, Factory Director said: The factory is applying management systems such as: HACCP food safety system assessed and recognized by Bureau Veritas (BV); ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system assessed and recognized by BV; ISO 17025: 2005 laboratory management system assessed and recognized by BOA; The ISO14001:2004 environmental management system is assessed and recognized by SGS... The factory is also implementing the 5S program for departments and areas to create a complete, standardized system. Along with the implementation of the standards, Vinamilk Nghe An also effectively operates the ISO 14000 environmental management system, with the use of a Singaporean biological wastewater treatment system, the quality of the discharged water meets the standards, the factory won the Nghe An provincial environmental award in 2010.
It can be said that the modern production technology of the production line system, the orderly application of standards and especially the stable income for workers have contributed to creating a competitive atmosphere for production at Vinamilk Nghe An Milk Factory. Many initiatives for technical improvement and work rationalization have been proposed by the team of engineers and workers of the factory and have been applied to bring economic efficiency to the factory. In addition, cultural, sports and exchange activities within the company and with other units are regularly organized by the Trade Union and Youth Union to create a playground for exchanging experiences and creating a united atmosphere such as: organizing flower arrangement and cooking competitions for women on the occasion of International Women's Day March 8, the Founding Day of the Vietnam Women's Union October 20; Organized a children's festival "Full Moon Festival" for children of employees at the Central Park during the Mid-Autumn Festival, International Children's Day... In preparation for the Lunar New Year of Quy Ty, Vinamilk Nghe An with the journey of giving gifts, sharing difficulties for poor children in the countryside of the 3 provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Binh with 1,500 gifts were handed directly to the children at the units: Ha Tinh Children's Hospital, Ha Tinh Orphanage Center, Nghe An Center for Children with Special Difficult Circumstances and in some poor communes in the 3 provinces. That is the sentiment, the heart of sharing difficulties of Vinamilk employees for children in poor countryside, dispelling the cold winter night, welcoming a new warm spring, creating new momentum and motivation for employees to be determined to complete the plan of 2013.
