Many activities to give gifts and support the poor to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Cat

* IndustryNghe An Bankvisited and organized gift giving to people in the flood-hit Ky Son area. In the border commune of Ta Ca, a locality that suffered heavy damage due to flash floods, the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An province branch, presented 154 gifts including gifts and cash worth 900,000 VND, and 66 Tet gifts, each worth 500,000 VND in cash, to poor households in difficult circumstances in the commune.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited, encouraged and presented 46 Tet gifts to families affected by flash floods and landslides, and presented 254 Tet gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to poor and especially disadvantaged families in the two mountainous communes of Huu Lap and Bao Nam of Ky Son district.

The total value of the gifts awarded was nearly 350 million VND. This is the source of funding from the State Bank of Vietnam Trade Union and the banking sector in Nghe An province, mobilizing officials, civil servants and workers to join hands in supporting.

* At Vien Quang Pagoda (Nam Dan),Provincial Police Department of Internal SecurityCoordinated with the Board of Trustees of Vien Quang Pagoda to organize giving Tet gifts to the poor in Nam Thanh commune and neighboring communes.

Here, the Provincial Police Department of Internal Security and Vien Quang Pagoda presented 60 gifts (each gift worth nearly 600,000 VND including cash and candies...) with a total value of 34 million VND.
