Many charity activities in localities in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 19, many localities, agencies and units organized charity activities, gave gifts to students, broke ground on charity houses, provided medical examinations and free medicine to the poor in the province.
*Provincial Farmers' Associationpresented 200 shirts to poor and ethnic minority students at Tan Son 1 cluster of Huong Son Primary School (Tan Ky); the total value of the gifts is more than 7 million VND.

Gifts from officials and civil servants of the Provincial Farmers' Association have contributed to motivating students to strive to excel in their studies and in life.

On this occasion, doctors and nurses of the District Health Center examined, provided advice on prevention, treatment and provided free medicine for eye diseases to the elderly in the locality. For those with serious illnesses, they will be advised on treatment methods or cataract surgery.
Of the 150 patients screened this time, 17 were scheduled for surgery. The District Health Center will coordinate with the Central Eye Hospital to perform free Phaco surgery for the patients.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Vinh was born in 1967. Her husband died early, she is in poor health, and her children are scattered. Despite her illness, she still has to work everywhere to raise a small child. Currently, the two of them are living in a makeshift hut.
Sharing the difficulties with her family, the locality called on philanthropists in the town to donate to support the construction of a house with an area of 82 m.2 ; worth over 120 million VND.
This will be a source of encouragement for her family to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
