Many channels receive voters' opinions at the 31st Session of Nghe An Provincial People's Council
In order to ensure that all opinions, thoughts and aspirations of voters and people are listened to and resolved promptly, the people's petition work at the 31st Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council has been and is being given special attention by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, implemented through many diverse and effective channels.
The 31st session of the 18th Provincial People's Council will take place over two days, from July 9 to 10, 2025. The opening ceremony will be held at 7:00 a.m. on July 9, 2025 at the Provincial Convention Center (No. 25, Le Mao Street, Thanh Vinh Ward, Vinh City).
Before the session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council directed the Provincial People's Council Delegation Groups to organize meetings with voters in all districts, cities and towns. Thereby, 81 opinions and recommendations from voters were compiled to be sent to the Provincial People's Committee for direction, resolution and response.

The hotline working group, including officials from the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Inspectorate and the Departments of Industry and Trade, Home Affairs, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, will be on duty at the Provincial Conference Center to receive, answer and summarize opinions, and forward them to the meeting chair.
2.Direct citizen reception:Citizen reception will be carried out at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office (No. 02, Vuong Thuc Mau Street, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City).
3.Watch live on TV:The entire proceedings of the session will be broadcast live by Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television on many platforms, helping voters and people easily follow and grasp information.
After the session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will compile all voters' opinions and petitions, complaints, denunciations and reflections of citizens to forward to the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments, branches and localities. These units are responsible for checking and resolving according to their authority, reporting the results to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and publicly announcing them to voters and the People.
