When she cut it, Ms. Long saw a plastic sheet containing water and a white seed packet inside the bra. This liquid spread on her hand, causing a very uncomfortable itch. After cutting several more bras of the same type, Ms. Long discovered that they all contained the same substances.

The incident of Ms. Long discovering strange objects in her bra quickly spread throughout the residential area. Many women also went home to take out their bras and cut them open, and discovered that bras with Chinese characters and the brand name "Huang Jia Ma Lian" also contained water packets and white beads. On the morning of October 30, residents in lane 4, HermanGmeiner Street, Hung Phuc Ward cut open and discovered more than 10 similar bras.
"I bought these shirts at a flea market in Hung Dung ward for 30-50 thousand dong. I didn't notice them when I used them, but now I see them after cutting them. Women in our area are worried about this incident," said Ms. Long.
