Many music stars perform at the opening night of Cua Lo Festival 2017
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of April 29, 2017, the Cua Lo tourism festival with the theme "Cua Lo - Convergence and Shine" will be held at Binh Minh Square, Cua Lo town. The opening ceremony will have the participation of many famous singers such as My Tam, Dan Truong, Thanh Thao, Ai Phuong... promising to create a special and impressive festival night.

On the morning of April 18, the Provincial People's Committee held a working session to review the implementation of Plan No. 94/KH.UBND dated February 25, 2017 on organizing tourism activities in Cua Lo 2017. Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Attending were representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; leaders of Cua Lo town, Vinh city, Nam Dan, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, Hung Nguyen, and Do Luong. |
Reporting at the meeting, the representative of Cua Lo town’s leadership said that, up to now, all preparations for the opening night of the festival have been basically completed. The town has organized many conferences, coordinated with departments, branches, event organizers, travel agencies, etc. to unify activities during the 2017 Cua Lo tourist season.
In particular, the opening night is identified as the highlight of the festival season with a lot of investment. With a total budget of 6.5 billion VND, the art program at the opening night promises to be large-scale and grand, smoothly combining tradition and modernity, demonstrating the vibrant life and the new era of the coastal town of Cua Lo. The program is produced by Thanh Nien Newspaper, with the participation of many famous singers such as Dan Truong, My Tam, Thanh Thao, Ai Phuong, etc.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, agencies, sectors and organizations also raised a number of issues in the preparation process for the opening of the Cua Lo tourism festival 2017. With 900 invited delegates and thousands of people and tourists expected to attend, traffic diversion, security and logistics plans were carefully calculated.
Representatives of Thanh Nien Newspaper - the unit implementing the art program on the opening night of Cua Lo festival - also reported on the progress of implementation, explained the highlights and changes in the script.
Concluding the working session, Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office and Cua Lo Town People's Committee to make a list of festival delegates and carefully review the conditions for the opening night. At the same time, he requested departments, branches and sectors to focus on checking and managing issues such as food hygiene and safety, electricity and water for the festival... to minimize possible risks, determined to regain the brand of Cua Lo beach tourism in particular and Nghe An tourism in general.
