Fire at Bac Ha apartment building:At around 4:30 p.m. on May 25, a large fire broke out at CT3 building of Bac Ha apartment building, Ha Dong (Hanoi), causing residents to panic and flee. Upon receiving the news, Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department No. 9 dispatched 6 fire trucks, ladder trucks, water trucks and specialized vehicles along with dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire and carry out rescue work.
The fire department used loudspeakers to notify those still on the upper floors of the building to quickly go down to the yard. The fire was huge, smoke from the 19th floor spread to the other floors, and windows continuously fell. Residents panicked and ran out of the building. At nearly 7 p.m., the fire was basically extinguished.

Fire on the 8th floor of Tu Hiep Urban Area apartment building:At around 8:00 p.m. on May 6, 2018, a fire broke out at apartment number 802 on the 8th floor of CT6 building - Hong Ha Eco City new urban area (also known as Tu Hiep urban area, Thanh Tri, Hanoi). At the time of the fire, the homeowner was not present. The fire originated from the 8th floor of the building. After the fire was discovered, the alarm bell rang continuously, many people panicked and ran to the ground.
Fire Police Force No. 7, Hanoi Fire Police quickly arrived at the scene, mobilizing 5 fire trucks to put out the fire. The fire was then completely controlled by the authorities. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties.

Fire at PARC Spring apartment building in Saigon:At around 5:50 p.m. on April 1, Capitaland's PARC Spring apartment building in alley 537 Nguyen Duy Trinh, Binh Trung Dong ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City suddenly caught fire in an apartment on the 8th floor of tower A of the apartment complex. The initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit in a fan in an apartment on the 8th floor of the apartment complex.

Fire at Rainbow apartment building, Linh Dam urban area (Hanoi):At around 11pm on October 31, 2016, an apartment on the 8th floor of an apartment building suddenly caught fire, scaring hundreds of residents. The cause of the fire was determined to be due to the owner of an apartment on the 8th floor burning incense.
At that time, the wind was blowing strongly outside, so the incense ash flew down and caught fire on the leather furniture below, causing the fire to spread quickly. Fortunately, there were no human casualties, but some of the property in the apartment was burned down.
