* From November 18 to November 25, 2014, Nghe An Newspaper received and accepted the following petitions, letters of reflection, recommendations, complaints and denunciations:
- Mr. Tran Quoc Giang, a citizen of Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City, petitioned: Karaoke business establishment No. 271, Nguyen Van Cu Street violated business regulations, causing disorder and noise exceeding regulations. His family and residents of Yen Phuc A block have repeatedly sent petitions to the authorities. Many inspection teams have come to make records, but the business establishment continues to re-offend and even fails to comply with the conclusions and notices of the authorities.

Nghe An Newspaper published on November 6, 2014, in the Readers' Bridge column (on page 4, Readers) of the newspaper stated: Ms. Bui Thi Nhung, a citizen of My Son commune, Do Luong district, accused: leaders and officials of My Son commune (Do Luong district) of destroying and destroying property, crops, and trees on her family's garden land, which is a violation of the law.
On November 10, 2014, the People's Committee of My Son commune issued Official Dispatch No. 24/UBND in response to the citizen's petition as follows:
My Son Commune, Do Luong District is currently implementing the work of "Land consolidation and plot exchange" according to Directive 08-CT/TU dated May 8, 2012 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. The implementation process follows each step of the project, including reviewing the entire agricultural land area, clearing agricultural land that has been encroached upon, converted for the wrong purpose, planting perennial trees, building works on agricultural land to put it into management and use for the right purpose, building roads, drainage ditches around the village, and demarcating the boundaries between residential land and other types of land with agricultural land.
The Commune People's Committee also received Official Dispatch No. 40-CV/DU dated October 21, 2014 of the Commune Party Committee on assigning the Commune People's Committee to establish a verification team, conduct verification and resolve the proposal of the Secretary of Party Cell 4, My Son Commune, respond to the Party Cell, and report to the District People's Committee according to regulations.
Currently, the Commune People's Committee has established a team and is verifying to resolve the above content. When there are specific results, the Commune People's Committee will report in writing so that your newspaper has a basis to respond to citizens.
Therefore, the People's Committee of My Son commune, Do Luong district reports the initial preliminary steps so that your newspaper has a basis to respond to citizens.
Received Official Dispatch No. 488.PC/BD/BNA dated September 30, 2014 of Nghe An Newspaper regarding the transfer of the petition of Mr. Bui Van Hao, Bac Son hamlet, Thanh Mai commune, Thanh Chuong district.
On November 13, 2014, Thanh Chuong District People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2449/UBND-TNMT with the following content:
On November 1, 2014, at the headquarters of Thanh Mai Commune People's Committee, the District People's Committee had a meeting with the Commune People's Committee, the Bac Son Hamlet Conversion Team and Mr. Bui Van Hao to clarify the content of Mr. Hao's petition. Specifically, it clarified that Mr. Hao was not a good example; the land data was inaccurate; the content of the press reporting on the conversion in Bac Son Hamlet was quoted incorrectly.
Through the dialogue, the members present analyzed and discussed to clarify the questions in Mr. Hao's application. Finally, Mr. Bui Van Hao understood clearly and had no other questions.
So, the District People's Committee will make a report on the above content, send it to Nghe An Newspaper to know and have a basis to respond to citizens.
