*From January 1 to January 13, 2015, Nghe An Newspaper receives and accepts the following petitions, letters of reflection, recommendations, complaints and denunciations:

- Some households in block 16, Ha Huy Tap ward denounced: The People's Committee of Ha Huy Tap ward and the People's Committee of Vinh city auctioned the land which is the Cultural House of block 16, Ha Huy Tap ward without public disclosure to the media and the people. The people found that there was a lack of transparency and a violation of the law. They requested that the authorities intervene to clarify the matter.

- Mr. Ho Viet Tu, hamlet 12, Xuan Hoa commune, Nam Dan district, petitioned and denounced: Regarding the incident between him and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh - Judge of the People's Court of Nam Dan district, there were words back and forth at the Xuan Hoa commune health station, but Ms. Thanh and the police officer of Xuan Hoa commune colluded, exaggerated and slandered him for obstructing people on duty, causing disturbances and disturbing public order. The incident took place since the end of 2012, and his family has sent petitions to the authorities many times but has not been resolved.

- Some citizens of Hamlet 2, Quynh Ngoc Commune, Quynh Luu District reported: In 2013, some households in the hamlet produced PC15 rice, but because the seeds were not guaranteed, the State supported compensation for farmers. However, the names of some households were not included in that list. The incident was reacted by the people and they questioned the commune leaders, but they passed the buck and did not answer, making the people very upset.

- Mr. Ho Dinh Thang, hamlet 3, Khanh Son commune, Nam Dan district, complained and denounced the incident: After he expressed his opinion on the case of Pham Viet Y not being qualified to join the Party because he and his family did not comply with the Party's policies, the State's laws and local regulations such as fighting and causing disunity in the village, the next day, Pham Viet Y and his son blocked his way and beat him, causing quite serious injuries. The incident was recorded by the police at the scene. During the process of Nam Dan district police handling the incident, he noticed that there was a lack of transparency, claiming that Pham Viet Y had an alibi, and that the assessment of the injury was not really objective.
