(Baonghean) - Readers and editorial office:From November 11 to November 18, 2014, Nghe An Newspaper received and accepted the following petitions, letters of reflection, recommendations, complaints and denunciations:

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, citizen of block 17, Hung Binh ward, Vinh city, petitioned: In 2009, her family completed the procedures for granting a Land Use Right Certificate and was included in the list of eligible conditions for granting a Land Use Right Certificate. Then her husband fell ill and passed away. At the end of 2010, she went to ask about the procedures again and was instructed by the ward cadastral officer to redo the application because her husband had passed away. Because she did not fully understand the provisions of the law, she had a hard time redoing the application. Recently, she received the 2003 Land Law and learned that she only needed to add more information. She requested clarification of the cadastral officer's responsibility, whether it was due to limited capacity or impure motives.

- Mr. Nguyen Trong Khoi, citizen of Hop Thanh hamlet, Kim Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, complained: The behavior of the commune leaders in intentionally causing damage to the interests of citizens and appropriating compensation money for land acquisition and clearance of citizens.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, citizen of Hamlet 9, Thuong Son Commune, Do Luong District, sent his thanks to the district leaders and organizations, departments, branches, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin of Do Luong District, Thuong Son Commune and the people of Hamlet 9 for sharing some of the difficulties and hardships of his family in the past time.
