Miss you guys so much!
Mr. Xuan Huong is straightforward and enthusiastic. Mr. Quan Hieu is gentle and mature. Both of them have something in common: they are very enthusiastic about their work and are ready to go to the base at any time.
The coordination relationship is also very good, promoting the effectiveness of the press. In the language of "football", this is a "perfect pair" on the cultural and ideological front, protecting and building forests, and building the Agriculture and Forestry sector.
They used to stick to the team, wade through the forest, and constantly strive with us, regardless of the fatigue, to grasp the necessary information. Mr. Xuan Huong's articles published in the Party newspaper were all included in the Radio's program by Mr. Quan Hieu, and vice versa, Mr. Quan Hieu's reports were also edited and published in the newspaper by Mr. Xuan Huong.
Their articles all contain deep feelings, praising good people and good deeds, cooperatives participating in tree planting and forest protection, forest workers, foresters exploiting forest products, forest rangers and forest protection staff at forest farms who are day and night guarding the green color of the country.
I remember one time, Mr. Xuan Huong even invited poet Nguyen Trong Tao to visit the facility with us. Mr. Tao had a pretty good poem "For the people guarding the green gold warehouse", published in Nghe - Tinh Newspaper and recited on the radio during Tet that year.
We also had a happy memory, while walking and suggesting, each person a sentence, there was a common poem "We go to visit Truong Bon" when we visited the experimental research site of forest trees, an international project of Dai Hue Forestry in Nam Hung commune, Nam Dan district... You are also active writers criticizing bad habits, negative actions that cause waste, embezzlement, loss of resources, assets, and money of the state and outlining directions for repair and resolution on the basis of both prevention and construction.
I remember, at that time there was a forestry farm like that, the department leaders had to take action, the director was dismissed, Mr. Xuan Huong wrote an article "Losing a director, gaining the whole movement", then Mr. Quan Hieu wrote "New features of CK forestry farm after the day of reorganization and consolidation of the movement".
The two brothers' outstanding feature is that they work devotedly but selflessly, without any selfish motives. There were times when they saw them working hard and some units had the intention of "compensating" them, but they always firmly refused. When Xuan Huong was happy, she would sip a few cups of "quoc lui" with roasted peanuts, but Quan Hieu did not.
They also have the important qualities of a great journalist, always encouraging and creating conditions for us to write articles for newspapers and radio. They confided that only collaborators have the conditions to write well, write close to reality, and promptly from information when going to direct the base.
Every Tet, they "prioritized" us to write articles for Tet newspapers and to speak on the radio. I will always remember the image of Mr. Quan Hieu walking back and forth in the broadcasting room, encouraging the technical staff to create conditions for our speeches to be clear and complete. I have been a contributor to newspapers since then.
Unfortunately, Mr. Xuan Huong passed away too soon. Mr. Quan Hieu's health was not normal either. He silently endured a heart attack and war injuries, tried his best to complete his mission, and also left us at a young age!
