On April 20, Thanh Oai District Police (Hanoi City) said that they had detained 15 people residing in Thanh Oai District, Ha Dong District and Chuong My District to investigate their behavior.disturbing public order
According to the investigation, 4 days ago, a group of young men were riding 7 motorbikes without rearview mirrors, without helmets, driving at high speed, weaving, honking loudly, and even doing wheelies on Cienco5 road (in Cu Khe commune, Thanh Oai district).
At the police station, the group of "speed demons", mostly between the ages of 16 and 18, confessed to their violations and said that because they had been at home for a long time and felt bored, they went online to make an appointment to race together.

The process of racing, weaving and wheelies was recorded by a member of the group using his phone and posted online, inciting and attracting many young people to participate.
Thanh Oai District Police are expanding the investigation to handle those involved.
