On the afternoon of March 6, the Special Criminal Police Team (Team 3) of the Criminal Police Department (PC02) of Ho Chi Minh City Police announced that it had just arrested a group of robbers who dragged a pregnant woman on the street in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, causing public outrage.
Accordingly, around February 2019, a clip appeared on social media recording a pregnant woman riding a motorbike being pulled down by two robbers, causing injury.
During the process of checking the area and collecting evidence, recently, detectives of Team 3 - PC02 arrested 2 suspects who caused the above robbery, Liem Thanh Hieu (born 1996, residing in District 11) and Tran Ngoc Vinh (born 1996, residing in Binh Tan District).

Also related to robbery, the Criminal Police force of Ho Chi Minh City Police "eliminated" another robbery gang, arresting 7 subjects.
This group of robbers confessed to having successfully carried out more than 15 robberies in Ho Chi Minh City to satisfy their drug addiction and get money to play fish shooting games.
