The group that initiated "Occupy Central" has surrendered ahead of schedule.
Originally planning to turn themselves in to the police on December 5, the group that initiated the "Occupy Central" movement in Hong Kong (China) decided to turn themselves in two days earlier.
On the afternoon of December 2, the host of the Hammer Out media program of the Hong Kong newspaper Pingguo Daily, Ms. Lee Hui-ling, revealed that after a meeting on the evening of December 1, the group that initiated the "Occupy Central" movement, including Mr. Dai Yiu-ding, Mr. Chan Kien-min and Mr. Chu Yiu-ming, decided to surrender before the scheduled date.
They had originally planned to turn themselves in to the police on December 5 but have now moved it to December 3.
