Previously, while patrolling Tan Son block, Quynh Thien ward, Quynh Thien ward police received a report from the people in the Tan Son block cemetery area that there was a group of young men who were stealing dogs. The police force deployed and surrounded and arrested this group of young men.
Confiscated evidence included 12 dogs, 1 blue Wae brand motorbike with license plate 36B6-22302, 1 motorbike with license plate 36B7-012.42; 2 mobile phones, stun guns, and electric shockers.
The group of young men admitted that they went from Thanh Hoa to Nghe An to steal dogs using guns and electric shock.
