A group of village boys fought after a drinking session, 1 person died, 1 person was in critical condition.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 10, the authorities of Tho Thanh commune (Yen Thanh) confirmed that a serious murder case had just occurred in the commune, leaving one person dead and one person in critical condition.

The incident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on February 9 in Hamlet 9, Tho Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. At that time, a group of young men residing in Tan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District and Thai Hoa Town (including 8 people) went to the house of Mr. Truong Dinh T. (born in 1993, residing in Hamlet 9, Tho Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District) to drink alcohol.

After the drinking session, the group of young men left. When they reached the road in Tho Thanh commune, the group had a conflict that led to a fight.

During the fight, Mr. Tran Van P. (born in 1994, residing in Hamlet 3, Tan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District) was stabbed and died on the way to the emergency room. Mr. Le Van T. (born in 1993, residing in the same hamlet as P.) suffered a punctured lung and is currently being treated at Nghe An General Hospital in critical condition.

After receiving the news, Tho Thanh Commune Police reported the incident to Yen Thanh District Police. Immediately after, Yen Thanh District Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department and forensic forces (Provincial Police) to be present to examine the scene and investigate to clarify the incident.

On the morning of February 10, the authorities summoned the young suspects to take initial statements. The body of Mr. Tran Van P. has been handed over to his family for burial.

The cause of the murder is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
