1. The group sang the obscene song "Good boy voucher"

In June 2014, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued an official dispatch to fine three singers for performing the obscene song “Phieu be ngon”. Specifically, according to Article 57 and Article 68 of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations, based on Decree No. 158/2013/ND-CP on administrative sanctions in the fields of culture, sports, tourism and advertising, singer Yanbi (real name To Minh Vu) and Mr. T (Tang Quoc Anh) were fined 5 million VND each, T-Akayc (Vu Quoc Tung) was fined 4 million VND for distributing the recordings “Phieu be ngon – Part 1” and “Phieu be ngon – Part 2”.

In addition, 7 online music sites that posted the song “Phieu be ngon” with offensive content, violating Vietnamese customs and cultural traditions in public places were also administratively fined 8 million VND each and had to remove and delete the violating content.

2. 18+ rated movie “Apartment No. 69”

On September 4, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 140/QD-XPHC to impose an administrative penalty in the cultural field on Nam Cito - the producer of "Apartment No. 69" with a fine of 10 million VND.

Accordingly, Nam Cito was fined for showing films that were not permitted for distribution in public places as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 6 of Decree No. 158/2013/ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of culture, sports, tourism and advertising.

3. Model Ha Anh performs offensive fashion

In October 2014, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City decided to fine supermodel Ha Anh 10 million VND and ban her from performing for 3 months in Ho Chi Minh City.

The reason is that in the June "Fashion and Character" program taking place on June 26, in addition to taking on the role of catwalk director, supermodel Ha Anh also accepted to be the opening vedette in the fashion collection of designer Nguyen Ha Nhat Huy and wore a "half-covered, half-exposed" outfit, accidentally revealing sensitive parts of her body, causing offense.

The first season champion of The Voice of Vietnam, Huong Tram, was also fined 10 million VND and banned from performing for 3 months in Hanoi by the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for dressing indecently while performing, contrary to Vietnamese customs and traditions.

5. Model Cao Thuy Linh participated in the Miss contest "illegally"

At the end of September 2014, model Cao Thuy Linh was "whistled" by the Department of Performing Arts for going to Thailand to compete in Miss Grand International 2014 without permission.

On October 21, after returning from the competition, Cao Thuy Linh had a working session with the Department of Art Management and Inspectorate of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City.
