The secrets about Mr. Chanh Van that made the 8x and 9x generation of students "crazy"
During 12 years of working, Chanh Van - Hoang Anh Tu has left his own mark on Hoa Hoc Tro readers.
Consider the first generation of Chanh Van as an idol, a big brother and a great teacher
Taking on the role of Chief Editor of the famous Hoa Hoc Tro (HHT) newspaper from 2000 to 2012, Mr. Hoang Anh Tu suddenly stopped everything to become a "customer-counting" employee.bossof 5 large restaurants in Hanoi.
"Since I stopped being the Chief Editor, on the Hoang Anh Tu fanpage, I still regularly advise many young people of the Y2 generation (born in 2000)!"
Entering the profession of answering difficult questions of teenagers, from studies to gender, there is no field that Mr. Tu cannot "handle". However, to build a new Chanh Van that is completely different from the old Chanh - Doan Cong Le Huy, Mr. Tu also had to spend a lot of time.

At the age of 22, while many young people today are still "wearing out their pants in university lecture halls", Mr. Tu dared to take on a much greater responsibility.
"In the early days, Huy told me: "Tu must create another Chanh Van, don't imitate me. Tu's advantage is writing poetry. Answer with poetry." I followed. Because I knew that even for the rest of my life, I would never be able to surpass him.
In my eyes, the first generation of Chanh Van is a "monument" that I can never surpass. Because he is the "King of Language".
Because he was profound, experienced, and knowledgeable. As for me, a 22-year-old young man at that time, I was really immature and impulsive. All I had was enthusiasm and passion.
In the early days, I chose a different way to do the Main Text. Not by having a wide knowledge, not by playing with languages, but by solutions.
I chose to answer your questions directly, offering solutions instead of the flowery, humorous, and profound ways of the first generation of Chanh.
That was also the reason why many 7X readers at that time did not like it. I was more suitable for 8X and later 9X readers.
I also wrote to Hoa Hoc Tro before to ask, but I just wanted to see my name in the newspaper, and honestly, I didn't have much trouble.
In 1994 I joined HHT newspaper, met Mr. Chanh Van in person and followed him since then. I was like his younger brother.
He not only taught me how to do journalism but also how to think and behave in life. I admit that I was most influenced by Doan Cong Le Huy.
To the point that many unconscious actions were repeated (laughs). He was my idol, my teacher. And that is why I later succeeded his Chief Writer so "sweetly"!

More than just a TextuxoriousHe also revealed that he also took on the role of Ms. Mac Thi Tu Khoa and played the role just as well when answering all the secret gender questions.
"From unsatisfactory studies to parents' insensitive behavior, to secretly falling in love with this person or that person... there's everything. There's also a lot of gender issues.
Usually I will move on to Ms. Mac Thi Tu Khoa's Private Stories section.
During the period 2002-2006, I answered up to 100 questions/week. In addition to the 15-17 questions in the newspaper, I also sent private letters, phone calls and emails. In 2010, I also created a Yahoo blog to directly consult.
I find that the psychology of adolescence is the same for every generation. They all go through the same questions. It's just that the wounds and psychological progress of each generation and each person are different.
My readers in 2000, aged 13-19, were born in 1981-1989, and in 2011-2012, they were born in 1992-1999. The two generations, 8X and 9X, have many differences in demands, needs, questions, and solutions.
Indeed, the 9X generation's problems are much "more intense" than the 8X generation. With the 8X generation, it's easier to erase each other than the 9X. With the 9X generation, besides the ego like the 8X, there is also the common, the community and civilization. Thank God, I grew up with them so I understand somewhat.
The luckiest thing I had at that time was that I was managing the content of 3 newspapers in the Vietnamese Student Newspaper system - Hoa Hoc Tro and also working as the Chief Editor.
So I can both "update" what's happening among young people and understand what they are thinking and wanting.
I learn from analyzing trends to understand their psychology and learn from their questions to understand what is happening in them. If I only do the Main Text section, I will definitely be an old-fashioned man.
Or if I only managed the newspaper's content, I wouldn't understand why young people love Korean music, dye their hair, and hundreds of other surprising emotions."
A Chanh is in charge and satisfied with life
No matter what job he does, when he left his familiar position after 12 years, Mr. Tu still had strange feelings of uncertainty. He said it was the most difficult decision of his life.
But that was when the work in the editorial office made him always feel overloaded with running the newspaper. At that time, the print newspaper also had many problems with declining numbers, which made him really not calm enough to pursue this section anymore.
"Until now, after 4 years of leaving Hoa Hoc Tro newspaper, I still have the feelings of "Anh Chanh Van" in me.
I still think that one day after things calm down, I will come back. Even if I don't use the name Chanh Van anymore, I will still do the job of Chanh Van like I have been doing for the past 12 years!
I am always satisfied with my life no matter what time it is. When I was Chanh Van, I was satisfied because I brought much joy, helped many young people grow up and mature with less pain.
And now, when I have stopped being the Chief Editor, I still choose to share with young people through my articles on Facebook.
The present is always the best thing to live in. Whether it's 2000 or 2016!

Currently, the life of the second generation of Chanh Van is also very busy, because he is the owner of 5 restaurants, the father of 3 children, and an exemplary husband that makes many women admire and envy.
Although he is busy, his wit and humor are not lost and he is still the Chanh Van that makes young readers "crazy".
To end the conversation, he said: "One day as Chief Editor, a lifetime as Chief Editor"./.
